訂的套房，臥室和衞生間不算大廳很大，床要能再寬點就好了，現在的尺寸倆人睡有點擠。酒店緊鄰諾維奇足球隊主場在城市的東南端離市中心有點距離但城市不大酒店門口走幾步過馬路坐公交車10來分鐘就到市中心了，優點是離火車站不遠，步行15分鐘內可到達。早餐不算多豐富但也説得過去，工作人員都還比較熱情。

原本以為是在火車站附近的 沒想到是在火車站後面，要從火車站正門繞過去大概10分鐘，拿著行李箱挺不方便的 房間挺大挺好的，就是通風沒有很好 總感覺悶悶的 馬桶下水不太好，要上大號的就要小心點啦

離火車站比較遠，不過如果你是到Norwich睇足球比賽，這裡正正是球場隔離，這樣就很方便。

窗外能看到山，早上有很多海鷗，視野不錯。前台有一位小姐姐人特別nice。整體是很不錯的入住體驗

酒店房間寬敞，球場景觀一流，如置身於球場中。房間Wi-Fi連接暢順。房間內沒有拖鞋及牙刷提供，如有需要可至電接待處取，接待處職員親切友善。酒店內設施普通，只有一個MiniGym，真係好Mini，但勝在冇人同你爭玩。早餐尚可，可即叫即做烚蛋及pancake，餐廳接待職員非常友善。酒店附近有Morrisons超市、b&m 、Nike、H&M、Next及Boots等等，購物超方便。而且交通便利，近Rail Station，可乘坐火車或巴士到City Centre，如果想行嚇又可以經Riverside步行至City Centre, 十分方便。乘的士到動物園只需半小時，動物園可近距離觀賞動物，值得一去。

My stay at the Holiday Inn is generally a pleasure, but my recent experience deviated from the norm, marking a mix of expectations and reality. Initially, I was assured by the service team over the phone that my premium king room would include a microwave oven, an amenity I looked forward to utilizing during my stay. Unfortunately, this was not the case upon arrival, leading to a slight inconvenience. Furthermore, I encountered minor cleanliness issues, which, although not drastically affecting my overall comfort, did catch my attention. Despite these setbacks, I must commend the hotel for its unbeatable location. Situated conveniently close to the railway station and the city center. Additionally, the responsiveness and attentiveness of the service team were impressive.

It wasn't easy to find the Hotel as it was around the back from the road. Even I am deaf, I can hear a funny noises going on from the hallaway. Cold water tap by the basin is leaking when turn on. Apart of above, everything else was good, staff being helpful because of my deafness and provided me a flashy light and vibrating thing under the pillow ! Breakfast were excellent

The location is very good. It near bus stop going to city center, near retail park with supermarket like Morrison, near restaurants such as Yellows. The housekeeping staff and receptionist are very helpful and friendly. The bed sheet is clean and the mattress is comfortable. They make me have a good sleep at night.
